this world no longer raised me

and the dark no longer scared me
the heart is still pumping
but the mind is almost on empty
heart of a believer but the devil’s always tempting
they’ll look you in the eye
but most of them still can’t see
I took my soul and locked it in the closet
and now I can’t find the damn key
take me as I am or take me for what I can’t be
Catch me with the crabs in the sea
these thoughts are deadly
